Assessment
Prior to delivery of any training programme an individual assessment is conducted by a qualified instructor, in order to provide a report on the welder's ability and also the requirements for any training. This ensures that the training is dedicated to your needs, thus making it cost effective.

Content
Although essentially practical, each training module can contain, at the discretion of the client, a theoretical content, thus providing a greater understanding for the welder. The actual content and level of training will be tailored to the clients specific needs and can vary from basic craft skills, to more advanced technician skills.

Materials
Materials include; Mild and low allow steels, aluminium alloys, stainless steels, copper alloys and cast irons to name a few.

Welder Qualifications (approved Zurich Insurance surveyors)
Testing can be conducted to:
BSEN 287-1, BSEN ISO 9606-2, BSEN ISO 15609-1:2004 & BSEN ISO 15614-1: 2004, AWS D.1.1, ASME 1X, CAA, BS 4872 and client specific.
